





Ingredients:
Eggs – 2 large
Sugar – ¾ cup
Whipping cream – 2 cups
Milk – 1 cup
Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoons

Bahan:
300 gm daging batang pinang ~ dihiris nipis
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
1 sudu besar minyak bijan

1 biji bawang besar ~ dipotong baji
3 ulas bawang putih ~ diketuk dan dicincang
1in halia muda ~ dihiris
1/3bj capsicum merah ~ dipotong panjang/dadu
1/3bj capsicum hijau ~ dipotong panjang/dadu
3 sudu besar sos tiram
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam
1 sudu besar minyak bijan
sedikit air
sedikit garam
daun bawang ~ dipotong 1in
minyak secukupnya
Cara:
Perap daging seketika bersama tepung jagung dan 1 sudu besar minyak bijan.
Panaskan minyak dan goreng daging lebih kurang 1 min. Angkat dan ketepikan.
Keluarkan minyak dari kuali dan tinggalkan lebih kurang 3 sudu besar.
Masukkan bawang putih dan goreng hingga kekuningan.
Masukkan bawang besar, halia dan capsicum. Goreng seketika.
Masukkan sos tiram, serbuk lada hitam, minyak bijan dan sedikit garam.
Goreng sekejap dan masukkan sedikit air (lebih kurang 1/4 cawan)
Masukkan daging yg dah digoreng tadi dan kacau.
Bila kuah hampir kering masukkan daun bawang.
Kacau seketika dan boleh lah dihidangkan panas2.

Spaghetti 1/2 packet)
1 1/2 fresh milk(240ml)
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Black Pepper
1 tbsp butter
Parmesan cheese
1 clove of garlic
Optional:
Meat
Button Mushroom – slice thinly
Mozarella cheese
Methods:
1- Boil the spaghetti. Put aside
2- Mix fresh milk, flour, yogurt,black pepper, parmesan cheese.
3- Heat the pan, add butter. saute garlic.
4- Add the mix ingredents, in slow heat, whisk until thicken. Add water if too thick.
5- Add the optional ingredents. and whisk
6- done. pour on spaghetti. and add mozarella cheesewallaaa
or
50g Chicken shredded/sausage
200 gm Fresh Button Mushrooms
200 ml Cream – 1 small box
1 tsp Oregano
3 cloves Garlic
Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Corn Flour
Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Method
1. Slice Mushrooms thinly and set aside.
2. Chop Garlic and sautee with Black Pepper and oregano. Add in the garlic and fry till fragrant
3. Add in Mushrooms chicken shreds. Cook Well
4. Add in cream and bring to the boil.
5. Lower heat and simmer. Add salt to taste
6. Mix corn flour with a little water and add to mixture.
7. Cook till mixture thickens

A:
2 packs marie biscuits (600 g)
Fresh Milk (500ml) – panaskan
B:
Cheese cream – 500 g
Fresh Milk – 10 ml
Icing sugar – ½ cup
Method:
In large bowl, pour the cheese cream and fresh milk into the large bowl and using the electric whisk, whip until stiff
Fill a saucepan with milk and place it over a low heat
Take one biscuit and dip into the warm milk – 1 second je tau
You can arrange the biscuit inside the small container or large container
Put the cheese cream mixture on top of the biscuit
Follow by the flavor you desired – chocolate, blueberry, strawberry, orange, kiwi or just leave it as it is
Repeat the step until the container full and please make sure the last layer on top is cheese mixture with the flavor
Put the container into the fridge and leave to chill for a further 3-4 hours or until desired result.
