(you can also substitute with seafoods or meat)

Galangal (Lengkuas) – 3 cm
Garlic – 3 cm
Onion – half
Kaffir Lime Leaf – 5 pcs
Lemongrass – 3 pcs

Vegies up to your choice
Mine – Carrot / Celery / Cauliflower / Chilies

Lime Juice – 3 pcs

Methods
Boiled chicken for 15 mins
Add all the Ingredients B onto the pot
Wait until the chicken soft
Add Vegies

Taraaa.. add lime juice.. done
