{"id":808,"date":"2013-09-22T13:14:37","date_gmt":"2013-09-22T05:14:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.elita.my\/?p=808"},"modified":"2013-11-24T00:48:02","modified_gmt":"2013-11-23T16:48:02","slug":"gulai-ayam-nasi-berlauk-brunch-kami","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elita.my\/?p=808","title":{"rendered":"Gulai ayam Nasi Berlauk &#8211; Brunch kami"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sementara anak dan ayah berendam dalam air di atas, saya pon bersiap-siap menyediakan BRUNCH untuk kami sekeluarga.<\/p>\n<p>So saya memilih untuk memasak nasi berlauk gulai ayam.<\/p>\n<p>Resepinya sangat mudah<\/p>\n<p>Gulai ayam Nasi berlauk<\/p>\n<p>Ayam setengah ekor<br \/>\nBawang merah 3 biji<br \/>\nBawang putih 2 biji<br \/>\nLengkuas 3 hiris<br \/>\nSantan 250gram<br \/>\nSerbuk kunyit<br \/>\nAsam keping 1 keping<br \/>\nCili merah 1 biji (nak pedas boleh tambah atau gantikan cili padi)<br \/>\nLight green chili<br \/>\nGaram<br \/>\nGula<\/p>\n<p>Cara memasak:<br \/>\nBlender semua bahan kecuali asam keping, light greeen chili, santan. <\/p>\n<p>Masukkan ke dalam periuk. <\/p>\n<p>Tambahkan santan, air, asam keping dan serbuk kunyit<\/p>\n<p>Masakkan di atas api yang sederhana dalam 10 minit dan masukkan ayam yang telah dipotong sesuka hati<\/p>\n<p>Kacau sesekali. <\/p>\n<p>Masukkan cili hijau itu<\/p>\n<p>Kacau sehingga mengelegak.<\/p>\n<p>Tambah garam dan gula secukup rasa<\/p>\n<p>Kacau sehingga pekat dan sepekat yang disukai.<\/p>\n<p>Angkat dan hidangkan dengan nasi putih, timun dan sambal cili.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/elita.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/wpid-IMG_20130922_010354.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_20130922_010354.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/elita.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/wpid-IMG_20130922_010354.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Yumm.
