{"id":241,"date":"2012-07-24T15:47:57","date_gmt":"2012-07-24T07:47:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elita.my\/?p=241"},"modified":"2013-11-24T00:49:12","modified_gmt":"2013-11-23T16:49:12","slug":"daging-goreng-halia-minyak-bijan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elita.my\/?p=241","title":{"rendered":"Daging Goreng Halia &#038; Minyak Bijan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Resepi ditiru bulat\u00b2 dari <a href=\"http:\/\/secubitgaramnor67.blogspot.com\/2011\/05\/daging-goreng-halia-minyak-bijan.html\">K.Nor@SecubitGaram<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Bahan:<\/em><br \/>\n300 gm daging batang pinang <em>~ dihiris nipis<\/em><br \/>\n1 sudu besar tepung jagung<br \/>\n1 sudu besar minyak bijan<br \/>\n~~~ * ~~~<br \/>\n1 biji bawang besar <em>~ dipotong baji<\/em><br \/>\n3 ulas bawang putih <em>~ diketuk dan dicincang<\/em><br \/>\n1in halia muda <em>~ dihiris<\/em><br \/>\n1\/3bj capsicum merah <em>~ dipotong panjang\/dadu<\/em><br \/>\n1\/3bj capsicum hijau <em>~ dipotong panjang\/dadu<\/em><br \/>\n3 sudu besar sos tiram<br \/>\n1\/2 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam<br \/>\n1 sudu besar minyak bijan<br \/>\nsedikit air<br \/>\nsedikit garam<br \/>\ndaun bawang <em>~ dipotong 1in<\/em><br \/>\nminyak secukupnya<\/p>\n<p><em>Cara:<\/em><br \/>\nPerap daging seketika bersama tepung jagung dan 1 sudu besar minyak bijan.<br \/>\nPanaskan minyak dan goreng daging lebih kurang 1 min. Angkat dan ketepikan.<br \/>\nKeluarkan minyak dari kuali dan tinggalkan lebih kurang 3 sudu besar.<br \/>\nMasukkan bawang putih dan goreng hingga kekuningan.<br \/>\nMasukkan bawang besar, halia dan capsicum.
