{"id":1390,"date":"2008-10-02T05:29:49","date_gmt":"2008-10-02T05:29:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rembun.wordpress.com\/?p=41"},"modified":"2008-10-02T05:29:49","modified_gmt":"2008-10-02T05:29:49","slug":"cooking-class","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elita.my\/?p=1390","title":{"rendered":"Cooking Class"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Malam Raya<\/em>, saya telah berjaya mempelajari\u00a0how-to-cook <em>Masakan Kelantan<\/em> bersama <strong>ibu mertuaku.<\/strong> Hanya dua jenis masakan sahaja,\u00a0pertama adalah\u00a0<em>Kari Kelantan <\/em>dan yang kedua adalah <em>Ayam Goreng Kicap <\/em>(which i think the simplest way to cook ordinary fried chicken).\u00a0Berikut adalah bahan-bahan untuk\u00a0<em>Kari Kelantan.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Part A<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Shallots<br \/>\nGarlic<br \/>\nGinger<br \/>\n<em>Curcuma<\/em><em> longa as known as <\/em>Turmeric \ud83d\ude42\u00a0(powder &amp; fresh)<br \/>\n(<em>Kita kisar kesemuanya, but for me I need to use traditional way to mix everything &#8211; ketuk sama itu lesung batu hahaha)<\/em><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Part B<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Curry Powder (Am not sure the brand but u can use adabi curry powder or baba&#8217;s)<br \/>\nChillies powder<br \/>\n(Blend with coconut milk, eh I means mix with coconut milk until it&#8217;s blend well)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Part C<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Chicken (cut into many sizes, advisable size that easy to eat)<br \/>\nkerisik (Malay toasted coconut)<br \/>\nGula Melaka<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nTamarind<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Methods<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Heat the cooking oil in saucepan<br \/>\n2. Put the ingredents Part A into the saucepan<br \/>\n3. When all the cook well or turns to yellowish, add curry mixed (Part B)<br \/>\n4. When curry cook well, add coconut milk and chicken, gula melaka, tamarind, salt<br \/>\n5. Wait until the chicken cook, you can add coconut milk when it&#8217;s nessecary.<\/p>\n<p>Taraa..
